MY STORY
TAMMY'S HIDDEN KITCHEN WAS BORN OUT OF A DREAM I HAD ABOUT MY BABA (UKRAINIAN GRANDMA) AND HER SERVING PEROGIES. IT SPOKE TO ME AND IT WAS HER TELLING ME WHAT TO DO FROM HEAVEN :-) AND MY HUSBAND CAME UP WITH THE NAME AND TAMMY'S HIDDEN KITCHEN WAS BORN IN AUGUST 2016

My tradition growing up was coconut and raspberry jam but walnuts are equally delicious :- |  Chocolate Chip CookiesA secret Family recipe handed down from my mother. Lots of yummy chocolate chips! |

 PerogiesA secret Family recipe handed down from generation to generation. a very simple dough with only 4 ingredients to make it super soft and pliable. I have 3 different fillings I use regularly, potato/onion, potato/cheddar and potato/cheddar/bacon! others happen from time to time ! |  perogy prepThis is preparation for perogy filling made with potato and cheddar cheese . I do not skimp on cheese and use milk and butter to moisten the potatoes as well as salt and pepper to taste ! |  choco chip doughThe secret family chocolate chip cookie dough with tons of chocolate chips. this is ready to be dropped onto cookie sheets to bake ! |
 potato onion fillingThis is my simple potato and onion perogy filling. Fried onions and mashed potatoes with milk and butter, salt and pepper to taste. |  BrowniesThese were test brownies made with zucchini. the brownies come in a square foil pan now and do come iced . they have a bit of cream cheese in the batter as well to give it that extra hint of moistness. Your kids wont even know there is veggies in here they taste so good !!! |
